I've got a large 4 bedroom apartment in Albion.

Males only unfortunately girls.

I am looking for another guy to move into the room available.
There's a combo of 3 housemates gay and straight.
Great location a short 5 min walk to the railway station, Albion shops restaurants and Albion Hotel and Albion market place.
Apartment has a nice chilled relaxing atmosphere and not a party house but a good vibe a great place to come home to and relax. It's not a busy apartment at all nice n homely.
Very large living area with access to back balcony with BBQ, table and chairs and sitting area.
Large open plan kitchen /dining.
Large bathroom, 2 toilets.
Outdoor smoking only.
Always up for a relaxing drink n chat, share a meal, hangout, respectful of everyone's space.
Internet, Electricity and water are included in the rent.
