About the flatmates

Hi, I’m Niko! 👋

I’ve been living by myself for the past few years and I’m still friends with my previous roomies, so I figured I’d give flat-sharing another go.

I work full-time and spend four days a week working from home. I’m a bit of a Type A girl when it comes to work and life admin, but at my core I’m easy-going. I value good communication, and the only drama I willingly invite into my life is reality TV.

I love switching my brain off with a good enemies-to-lovers novel and getting out for daily walks with my puppy, Ardie. I'll never say no to to a chat over great food and glass of wine, but I also really respect people’s space.

Finding the right fit is important to me. I’m not just looking to fill a room for the sake of it, but to create a comfortable, relaxed home. We’d be sharing a bathroom, so finding someone who is clean, considerate, and respectful of our common spaces would be ideal.

About Ardie:
Ardie is a 7-month-old Cocker Spaniel x Cavalier. He’s crate-trained for naps and when I’m out, and goes to training once a week to stay well-socialised and behaved. The Cavalier in him definitely makes him a little lover boy; he’ll always greet you warmly. Given he’s a big part of the home, finding someone who is comfortable around dogs is important, but he’s entirely my responsibility and I wouldn’t expect anyone else to care for him in my absence.

If you think we could be a good fit, please share a little about yourself when you reach out. I’d love to arrange a time for us to meet! xo
