Brand new apartment when I bought it at the start of 2017, situated one block away from shops, post office, restaurants and train station. I have been living here on my own and now looking for a flatmate to help financially and because the place is big enough to accommodate two people. I have a queen bed and mattress for the spare bedroom but can store it if the new person has their own bed. The apartment has air conditioning in the main living area and both bedrooms, a washing machine and dryer, and a full kitchen including dishwasher and plenty of plates/cutlery/appliances/etc. There's a study desk available if you're doing a lot of work or uni from home and I have a printer as well if required. I generally keep the place tidy and clean but I don't get too fanatical about it. Looking for $250 per week which includes all utilities (ie. air conditioning!) and unlimited internet. I am also thinking about getting Netflix and Foxtel next year which would be included.

The other flat mate uses the parking space because I'm away a lot and leave my car in storage when I go. If you want use of it, you can talk to her about sharing, she's pretty reasonable.
