Coorparoo, Brisbane

Hi everyone!

We have a two rooms available in this nice big old Queenslander located on Cavendish Rd in Coorparoo. The location is amazing being only 10 minute walk from the big Cooparoo shops, with Aldi, Dendy Cinema, heaps of dining and bars. There is a bus stop right out the front of the house too, or if you drive we have about 4 car spots under cover and heaps more off street parking too!

A couple of rooms available for different sizes, ranging from large to huge! :)
Each room come's with:
Queen/double beds
Bedsides and wardrobe
Desk with chair
Heaps of space
Pillows and bed linen

The house:
It is a 5 bedroom house with 1 bathroom (plus an extra toilet downstairs)

For me the best thing about the house is all the space!! It had two seperate big lounge/chillout areas, a massive dining room (great for Taco Tuesdays, Spaghetti Wednesdays or any other house mate dinner nights!)

Lots of room inside with a big lounge room and dining area so it should never feel squishy. The house will be all furnished and has all the kitchen equipment, fridge space etc to make setting up after moving in as easy as grabbing a key and moving in.

Parking:
Heaps of off-street parking spaces for cars, with about 4 being under cover

Rent, Bond and Bills:
ALL BILLS INC IN RENT! This includes power, gas, water and unlimited internet.
Bond is 4 x rent.

Other things you should know ☺

No pets sorry ( the neighbour's cat visits the place every now and then though lol)

No strict house rules… just the obvious stuff like cleaning up after yourself, being respectful to others and doing your fair share of housework.
