It is a great location. We both work in the city; I ride to work (takes me about 25 min) and the other drives which takes 15min. Our house is always kept clean and tidy (although we are not clean freaks). The house has a very good vibe, located just down the road from loads of shops! The area is also very nice and friendly.
Our home is a beautiful old queenslander with a verandah and back deck! Fully fenced with plenty of parking and close to everything! (Shops, train station etc). Lovely white walls and timber floors, dishwasher, air con, fans, huge yard + mango tree, veggie patch and heaps of natural light! It’s filled with groovy furniture and an abundance of plants!! SORRY NO PETS! — The room is 3.6 x 3m with one large window but without a robe - plenty of room for hanging racks or drawers though (Hoping to be filled middle of January but dates are flexible - $150p/w) The room has clean white walls, a fan, lovely timber floors and blackout blinds! We have an air fryer, coffee machine, 60” TV etc etc We are looking for someone fun, who works and can afford to pay their rent. The available room easily fits a queen bed and side tables and still has heaps of room for a desk or tv stand. It also has a huge built in wardrobe ($185). Furniture in the unit and bedrooms can be flexible. Happy to have furniture available if needed. One bathroom that would be shared with yourself and the other housemate. There is aircon is in the living room and a ceiling fan in the room. My favorite part of the room is the remote control for the light and the fan. No having to fumble around in the dark trying to find the bed. Sadly no pets and no smoking unless outside on the balcony. Rent is $185 p/w paid weekly with a $750 bond deposit to be paid. This doesn't include bills which you and the other house mate will split as they come in. Unlimited wifi is $30 each per month. There is just over 3 months left on the lease, with the option to extend if you would like. You will be living with a lovely and super chilled guy called Marco who has his own business so he's often out and about. The unit is in a great quiet spot, cute little cafe down the road and multiple bus stops nearby with express buses to South Bank, Valley and the city. The room Im looking to fill is on the downstairs floor with access to its own kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living area, as well as 2 private balconies. This bedroom is the only one on the bottom floor, the rest are upstairs so quite private, great for couples looking for their own space. The house great views from the city all the way to the gateway motorway with beautiful gardens surrounding the balconies and house. The house also backs on the a national park and has an outdoor area as shown in pictures. Ridiculous amounts of storage space with double wardrobe doors in the bedroom as well as cupboard space in the hallways. Bedroom has a ceiling fan and electric blinds to block out the sunlight for a nice sleep in. One of the upstairs roomates occasionally used the kitchen, however other than that, its nice and private. 5 minute walk from grocery stores, restaurants, bottle shop ect.
