Comes with Washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc. I have a lovely 3yo Kelpie who is super chill and well trained. He is mostly an inside dog unless no one is home. There is an enclosed area under the house for storage and a below average pool table if you really want to give it a go. Then theres upstairs where you would be. There are 2 cats which live among us, so you need to get along with felines. They're very polite, very safe and lovely. Hello, we have a spare bedroom available in a ground floor, modern apartment in Coorparoo. The room is carpeted and has a built-in wardrobe and is big enough to fit a queen size bed, bedside tables and a small shelf/drawer unit. The unit is air-conditioned, however the available room is not, but has a ceiling fan, and also an antenna connection thing for a TV. You would be sharing the main bathroom with one other person, which has a bath and shower over bath. The unit has a large courtyard and runs along the entire side of the building. The unit also has a communal rooftop BBQ entertainment area to be used by residents which provides a great space to entertain or to relax. Very close walk to Langlands Park Bus Station, Stones Corner, Coorparoo shops and many parks also within the vicinity. Note: the bedroom available is not furnished itself - the remainder of the apartment is. However, we have one roommate moving out (this will be the available room) so we will have no washing machine, dryer and TV, so if you had these, that would be great!
