The apartment is fully furnished so all you will need to bring is you and your bed ! There is also a split system aircon in the Living area. I also have unlimited internet which is $30 each per month. All other bills like electricity/gas/water will also just be split when they arrive.

This is a really lovely, spacious apartment in the heart of Coorparoo, Brisbane. The room available is currently furnished, however if you would like to bring your own furniture we can arrange to put the current furniture in storage. We are close to public transport and the motorway so it is easy to get around. Walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants as well as the Stones Corner precinct. It is also very close to major hospitals (the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Greenslopes Private Hospital, Mater Hospitals and Lady Cilento Children's Hospital are all within a 5km radius) as well as universities, TAFEs and the city. It is a very safe apartment block, as you need a key to get into the building. The neighbourhood is also very safe and all neighbours are friendly and welcoming. Air-conditioning is getting installed in the living area before next Summer too! Plus there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room to help combat the Brisbane heat. There is also a double car garage, but instead of being the size to keep two cars side-by-side it is a long, skinny garage which can only fit 2 small cars in. But there is parking available in the lot and on the street which is easy too! There is a great little balcony where I keep my budgies, have a few plants and a BBQ. It's a great place to sit and relax in the sun with a nice breeze :)
