The house itself is large, there is only a very small bit of grass at the front of the property, as I am a female retiree I do not like yard work and for me the property is perfect, as the back yard is a nearby restaurants carpark, this property is very quiet, you cannot hear traffic sounds, and the restaurant is not noisy beyond 8.30pm, and they are very respectful neighbors, the house itself has 5 rooms, the room on offer is the largest and overlooks a private outdoor area. The house has ducted air-conditioning through out and all windows have screens. There is only space for one car in the lock up garage, which I usually use, there is a car-park space though outside this, and on street parking is available. There is a very large lounge room, that is communal. There is only one shower and toilet, in the Bathroom, currently this will be a shared space as well. The kitchen has a very retro eat in area and although is not modern, is very large and open. And being at the top of the hill overlooks the houses and trees below. The price is inclusive Electricity and High Speed Cable Internet water and internal house cleaning as well as lawn mow are also included. The room itself has a very comfortable bed, I have included a little fridge and microwave, created a kitchenette of sorts. I have just installed a sink in the room, this can be seen in the photos. It also includes a very large desk and massive built in cupboards. The room measures approximately 5m wide by 6m long and the house has high ceilings throughout. It is a very spacious room it also features black out curtains, and the windows behind are fly screened. What you see in the pictures is how the room is. The house has a professional cleaner that comes fortnightly, you are only expected to maintain your own room. The room itself is lockable, keys to the property are handed out on payment of bond and first weeks rent. The house is approximately 15 minutes walk to Coles Coorparoo, its 5 mins walk to many cafes and restaurants, and also situated pretty much in the heart of the Coorparoo cafe/restaurant area. There is also a chemist and hair dressers within 2mins walk. There is a bottle shop approximately within a 5 minute walk. There is a large park at the end of the street. There are also at least 3 gyms within a 5 minute car drive. It is within 2 min walk of the bus route to the city, or to Coorparoo train station, which I would say would be close to a 20 minute walk, if you wanted to walk there. The house is in the high end of Coorparoo, It is at the top of one of the larger hills in the area.

Hello my name is Tom. I'm an easy going 35 years old man who works full time. This is what I enjoy about living in this property. It's a large two bedroom house reasonably close to the city. Public transport is close by an if you are in a hurry a Uber fare is around $10. The house is fully furnished except for the bedrooms on offer. I have internet connection which is FREE a long with the electricity and pay TV. The house has lots of storage space and a second toilet. parking on the street is always available. I would just like to add that there is No yard maintenance because I take care of everything.
My unit is freshly renovated by yours truly (and a couple of tradies). Every bit of wall and ceiling has been freshly painted, replaced the carpet with floorboards, so only the bedrooms have new carpet. We have three different balconies - one connected to the living room with a view of the Story Bridge, one in the main bedroom and one at the back - overlooking our terrace on the bottom floor. There is a garage down stairs, which fits one car. It can fit two - and by two, I mean two Smart Cars. Good luck. A really central place - about 5/10 min walk to the Coorparoo train station and 2 min walk to any eatery/grocery store/bottle shop. The street itself is pretty quiet - we have some construction going on down the road, but the apartment block is nearly finished (they're putting a cinema and some shops underneath it, so that's not too bad). House rules are pretty normal and simple. Be respectful to everyone living here (and in the small complex), clean up after yourself and be open to listening to some vinyl and having a cold beverage on a Friday afternoon after work.

The house is divided into a downstairs area which is basically self sufficient for the couple living down there with their own bathroom, and they have a cover over their stairs hatch, and come up to cook. Then theres upstairs where you would be. There are 2 cats which live among us, so you need to get along with felines. They're very polite, very safe and lovely. Also I have a small weights gym area under the house for home work outs.
