Two rooms are available in a very spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment that has great views of the city from its three balconies, and is only a short walk down to Langlands Park bus station (~15 mins to CBD, ~20 mins to UQ on bus). It's also in close proximity to the PA, Mater and Greenslopes hospitals (for PA it's a 6 minute drive/$7 Uber ride). There are two bedrooms available for rent with all bills included. I have a spare king single bed available if needed. Both rooms are fitted with blockout curtains, venetian blinds, ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes. In the common area, there is a modern kitchen and a spacious living/dining area. There is also a separate internal laundry. The main bathroom is shared between two rooms. If you have a car, off-street parking is available or I have a spare garage available to rent for 20 dollars a week. I don't mind if you want short term or long term. i am a easy to get a long with and it would be great to share my place with someone who is tidy and respectful. I do not want to live with a smoker or a alcoholic who drinks every night. Great place to live and so central and close to everything - walk everywhere - no need for a car.
