Hi Comfortable 2 bed 2 bath Unit on the ground floor. I have a lovely little outdoor area to relax and the unit is fully furnished (including the room for rent). Great restaurants, movie theatres, shopping centres all very close. Transport is also very close and extremely regular as I am not far from the main road. Even though it is close to the city my unit is very private and extremely quiet. The unit is air conditioned in the lounge room and master bedroom. All rooms also have ceiling fans. You will also have your own bathroom only thing is that this has the washing machine in it as well so I will need to go in there from time to time. There is a garage but not available at the moment as my niece has some stuff in there (room to store if you need). The garage will become fully available after June/July. Hi there! We are looking for a person or couple to share this gorgeous apartment in Coorparoo with us. We're in a great location--right near the city buses on Old Cleveland Road, or a short walk to the 209 direct to UQ. There's a Coles and Aldi in the area, as well as a string of cafes, a Dendy cinema, and The Cheesecake Shop is at the end of the street if you're into that sort of thing. Also, our back garden opens onto a quiet (and very green) park! It's a good-sized, modern apartment with timber floorboards and plenty of doors and windows to let the light in. Only 6 apartments in the building. The apartment is fully (tastefully) furnished apart from your bedroom, which is huge (about 4x3) and has an ensuite. It's nice and bright, and opens up onto the back balcony. There are security screens + curtains on the windows & doors, and sweet aircon (because Brisbane). The living area includes much-loved houseplants, and the kitchen is clean and modern. Also, we've got a huge fridge and a coffee grinder and espresso machine.
