So, although our house is small and the bathroom is shared, we are pretty good at working around each other thus far. About 30 mins by bus into the city, or walk/drive down to Coorparoo train station (about a km down the road). I've walked home from the city a couple of times - so convenient and close! Situated on a quiet street there is plenty of off street parking, and visitor parking. The apartment is fully furnished, so you don't need to worry about bringing anything along other than you! The photos have not been updated and there is a different bed in the bedroom. But most of the other furniture remains the same. My flatmate and I decided to move to a three bedroom place so we could split rent with his brother, well his brother changed his mind at the last minute so now we've got an extra room.
