Apartment is air conditioned, your room has built in robes, I have Netflix in the lounge room and am barely home so you are free to use it. Internet and power included in rent and our balcony is fairly decent as we are on the third floor. Everything needed is here all you need is furnishings for your bedroom. The available room will be the Empty room with the desk in it. The room dimensions are roughly 2.5x3.3, you can fit a bed desk and bedside table easily. It does have the built in robes also. I Would prefer a female or a very tidy bloke as a housemate. Don’t want an untidy housemate as I take pride in my living conditions.

This apartment is in a great central area of Brisbane, close to the city (10 minute drive) & has an awesome roof top pool and entertaining area & is a very quiet place to live. You'll have you own underground car park, air conditioned room, live with a full time working female and Woolworths, Aldi and other cafes are within a 200m walking distance. One of the current housemates is moving out, so I am looking to replace her with a Full time working Female or Couple. If a couple were to move in, the total rent of $505 would be split three ways. The apartment is a new build however larger than most new units. We have a lovely leafy outlook that lets excellent sun light into the lounge room/kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the room and air con in the lounge room. The main bathroom features a large bath, this would be your bathroom. There is also a study which is about the size of a single bedroom, I currently use this for storage however if you needed to turn it into a study we can. The whole house is furnished bar your room. The house is not a party house although a dinner party once in a while is welcome. I work full time in the Gabba and get the bus to work which is nice and close. The city is about 20-25 minutes by bus depending on traffic or 10 minutes by car. Plenty of buses are accessible from the apartment. There is also a secure off street car park available. Although close to the main road, you don't really hear the sounds of the traffic. We are a short walk to Coorparoo Square where you will find, Coles Woolworths and Aldi. You will also find plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and the Dendy Cinema. We are also not far from The new precinct at Stones Corner, Bower Lane and South City Square.

Honestly the most beautiful home. It's an old two levelled Queenslander that has been done up, traditional wooden floors and very spacious. Bus Stops: 185/184 to the city and Garden City at the top of st, 10 min walk to Woolworths/Aldi/Coles/DENDY Cinemas/Suhsi/BWS, there are busses every 5 minutes to the city and Carindale also The bathroom is very big, I know theres only 1 bathroom but it has honestly never been an issue or clash in the house with getting ready times. The bath is also awesome. Theres a beautiful veranda upstairs, I know the guys are currently looking for a nice outdoor dining set so we can start having breakfast out there/sit out there but on a chair. You definitely get a nice comforting breeze as well. The house is already furnished, theres couches upstairs and downstairs. Washing machine and dryer. Fridge and other kitchen appliances. The room you will be living in may seem "small" but it's honestly not that small when you start living in it. I have a double bed with a frame set up and a side table and store everything in my cupboard or under my bed in roller drawers and still have a lot of space. You'll have a really good sight of the dogs in our street too. The room is the exact same size as Will and Tai's. Lauren and Josie have the master bedrooms and obviously pay that little bit more. If you smoke or 'smoke', theres a rule to stick to doing downstairs in the yard, theres the classic glass table at every Australian late night party available. Theres also a mini bar area, we don't use it but you're welcome to. Rent due day is Friday, bond is $610, we all split it equally.
