About the property
The place is a cute unit in Coorparoo. It is close to Coorparoo Market Square, the train station, pilates/gym and a short walk or drive to cafes (very important for those who love coffee and a sweet treat).
I will have a room (no carpet, ceiling fan and aircon) and own bathroom available in early - mid March. It will be $335 per week plus bond for a 12 month lease. The unit is furnished except for the bedroom.
The ideal housemate would be a female aged mid 20s to early 30s who works full-time and doesn't mind partner or friend/s visits within discussed boundaries. Also, someone who is tidy, respectful, who is up for a chat/being social/outings but understands the need for downtime after work.
Sorry, but I am unable to accept smokers/vapers, pet owners or someone with children.

I am an active person and when I am not at work I enjoy going to the gym, hikes/walks, seeing my partner, friends and family and visiting cafes for a coffee and sweet treat. I also own a cat named Nala who is a small, floofy, talkative ragdoll who loves pats.
I prefer to keep my living space clean and tidy, but also comfortable and homey. Most nights after work I need some chill time, but I do love to have a chat and go out to do things together 😊
