He is a very easygoing, welcoming and a wonderful housemate. The flat is in a great location. There is a bus stop directly outside the building and a three minute drive to the train station. It is a 10-15 minute drive to the City, Valley and Southbank.
This is a beautiful Quite and private townhouse in a very nice dog and human friendly neighbourhood :) Deny cinema, aldi Woolworth Cole and delicious restaurants is just 10 minutes of a walk. Bus stops are right at the door step. Parking on the street is super easy. The room we renting out has it’s own bathroom shower and a little garden attached, feel free if u want to make the garden look nicer to your taste, very private as it’s away from other bedrooms. Directly across the road from Coorparoo Square, so if you don’t have a car it’s so close to the shops & public transport, if you do have a car it’s a very safe area to park on the road. Penthouse apartment with a huge balcony overlooking Brisbane CBD, you also have your own bathroom which is always excellent in a sharehouse. Ceiling Fan in your bedroom, A/C in living areas. I also have two cats, MJ & Zero, both super keen for a snuggie🙂 I have everything needed to survive - fridge, kitchen things, washing machine, couch & TV - you just need to bring yourself & your belongings for your bed room & whatever else you wanna bring. I’m also a very clean person - a bit of a neat freak, do your dishes & we are sweet!
It’s a pretty big house with a large down stairs area man cave kind of chill space. We are about a 10 min drive to the city $13 in an uber, 10 min walk to the train station and a 5 min walk to the long lands bus station. Street parking available.
Grand Queenslander on a private leafy block with no neighbours (except for across the road) - we are totally surrounded by parkland and trees! From the stunning leadlights, archways and polished floors to the rich timbers and tasteful eclectic decor throughout this house is THE DREAM. Note this place is in Stones Corner not Coorparoo but Flatmates doesn't like Stones Corner as a suburb! We just had another room open up - after a year and a half together Ryan has decided he wants to go live overseas! The room comes with an undercover park and a large storage space under the house that the old roomie used to use for a workout-space but could equally be used for an art or just general storage space. The house is entirely furnished but the room can be either furnished or unfurnished depending on your requirements. Room is large with MASSSSSSIVE built in storage all the way up the 12-foot ceilings so you will be rolling in clothes space. House comes with a bunch of chickens, a Dalmatian, cat, parrot and two goats - all animals are SUPER friendly and new pets are considered if they will get along with the household! The block is over 1,000 square meters and 34 metre frontage (normal blocks are around 3-400sqm) and as aforementioned all parkland surrounding so if you like nature this is the block for you! the room is a decent size room with a built in wardrobe. it has polished concrete floors so can get a tad cold however that is an easy fix. the room is empty so you will need a bed however i have everything from tv, washing machine, dishwasher fridge ps4 etc all which you can use as they are your own. i dont mind if you have a lot of visitors etc. i only have one rule and that is i ask that everything is kept clean. i pay for the internet and its unlimited. i also have a full gym setup in the garage which you are free to use. there is plenty of parking onsite. the bills are not included however i only split the gas water and electricity and on all of those i pay the access charges so we only split the usage cost so they are not bad at all. the only other thing i will mention is sometimes i walk around with my shirt off. just incase some people may be offended by that. thanks
Sadly I am looking for someone to fill my room in this beautiful, airy Queenslander in Fairfield (inner city/south Brisbane). I have had the pleasure of being the first to move into this home (January 2017) since it has been renovated and it has in no way disappointed. The house is in the most convenient location with a train station at the end of the street and a small shopping complex (also with bus stops) including coles, a bar, Aldi etc. one street behind! It is insanely convenient for anyone working/studying in the inner city area or studying at UQ (15min walk). There is also a super long driveway that will fit 4 cars in it. We have a very generous sized yard with a small deck and vegetable patch we have added ourselves. There are high ceilings throughout the house as well as a giant kitchen with a dishwasher. The main bathroom has a shower and toilet, and the second bathroom has a toilet and another space to store toiletries. Best of all we have a sun room with heaps of space to fit a sun chair, study area, more storage, plants and even a blow up mattress for the occasional guest. We also have an air conditioner in the lounge room that we use in summer (it uses next to no electricity). All of the other living areas are really spacious and there is room for storage under the house. The available room, as pictured above, is the largest in the house. It very comfortably fits a king bed, draws, bedside table on each side as well as shelves etc. and there is a ceiling fan, a wardrobe (attached to wall by owners) and a window seat with storage space underneath. The wardrobe (not pictured) has three compartments so it is great for any storage. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony on each level. We have the most stunning view of the neighbourhood from our upstairs balcony, and we live in a quiet part of town. There's street parking and off-street parking that's typically first-in-best-dressed. Although we're close to the city, we enjoy a relaxing and quiet life in a beautiful old Queenslander. Every room is air-conditioned! Your rent includes electricity, internet, Foxtel and water. This is a great deal for the right housemate!
It's a wonderful queenslander with a ton of space for everyone. It's light and airy which helps with the summer heat. There's a ton of greenery around and a wonderful backyard. The house comes with a good fridge, dishwasher and washing machine with a large line to hang your cloths. The shared spaces are fully equipped with cooking equipment, tables, couches and TV. The garage gives the property tons of storage space if you need it. The living room and kitchen are also air conditioned, which is mainly used for the hot nights and days during summer. Your room will be on the front of the house, with your own door to the front deck. This is super help full for summer when you can open it up to get more air flow through the room. It also comes with a ceiling fan. The real estate agent also organises gardening so the outsides always look fresh. The room is plenty large enough for a queen bed, a wardrobe and a desk if needed.

This house is perfect to share it is a big house and really close to the train station and a few minutes to the city and west end. Coles and Woolworth supermarkets are close by. The room that we are renting is very spacious with a wardrobe and drawers if needed. The house is fully furnished with a massive outside area for entertainment and open plan kitchen.
It's a great 3 bedroom townhouse with a fantastic balcony that overlooks a legit backyard cricket pitch. Only a small 5 minute walk to the Stones Corner district and 10-15 minute drive to the City.
Location is great, central greenslopes and only a few minutes away from the M3 if you need to escape. All bedrooms are upstairs, you’ll only be sharing a bathroom/ toilet with me (Alex). We have a cute lil balcony out the back. Lots of options on Uber eats. Internet is approx $23 a month each and is actually fast.
