Beautiful clean share house in a great location

Hi guys and gals

We are looking for a housemate who is respectful, clean, and happy to get on board with the weekly cleaning roster we have going.

Anywho, about the house… It’s fresh as a dandy, quite big, nice big back yard, and has a new-ish kitchen with gas stove. It’s literally across the road from a fruit and vege market and woollies which is super handy. The Dutton park train station is about a 5 – 10 min walk away. Bus’s stops are for dayz with one being right outside the front door.

The room is a good size and fully furnished, with a ceiling fan and a sofa. The rest of the house is ready to go and perfect for comfortable living.

There are 4 other people upstairs but we all live our own best lives so the house is never crowded. There is only the 1 bathroom but as mentioned everyone living there at the moment is on different time schedules so it does work out.

Rent inc’s all bills!

Also THERE IS ONLY 1 CAR SPOT IN THE HOUSE, BUT YOU CAN APPLY FOR A PARKING PERMIT AND PARK FOR FREE ON-STREET.(not shouting – just don’t want to waste anyone’s times)

No pets soz unless it’s a lama or a baby goats.
