The house has an awesome kitchen with marble bench tops and new appliances including induction cooktop, built in coffee machine and two drawer dishwasher. Bathroom is shared but modern and clean. Toilet is separate. Property is large with screening trees out front and a big backyard out the back. The area is fairly quiet but still fairly close to public transport. The internet connection is very fast (92mbps/37mbps) and reliable. Room 1, the larger room, has air conditioning and a free standing wardrobe. The room is large enough to fit a king size bed. Room 2 is big enough to fit up to a queen size bed (very tight), has a built in wardrobe and a small balcony.

Hi guys and gals. 2 of our room mates are moving out to continue there adventuring around AUS leaving the 2 biggest and best rooms in the house available. We are looking for that Unicorn housemate who is a sociable character and would contribute to the house in a fun way, buuuuttttt who also knows how to keep a house looking fresh 24/7. We run a very tight ship with the cleaning and would like to keep it that way. Anywho, about the house… It’s fresh as a dandy, quite big, nice big back yard, and has a new-ish kitchen with gas stove. It’s literally across the road from a fruit and vege market and woollies which is super handy. The Dutton park train station is about a 5 – 10 min walk away. Bus’s stops are for dayz with one being right outside the front door. The 2 rooms available are huge – and pretty dam fancy if you ask me. The first 3 pics are of the biggest room and pics 4 and 5 are of the 2nd rom available which is kind of split into 2 rooms in 1. They are both fully furnished, right down to bed linen, however if you have your own stuff and want to stay long term then I would be happy to move the furniture out of the bedroom. Obviously the rest of the house is ready to rock and roll to get busy living in. As for the peeps living here atm. We all hang out from time to time – usually to play board games. TBH outside of the house we live our own best lives but that’s not to say we wouldn’t be keen on some household outings etc ☺. Depending on if a couple moves in there will be 5 or 6 of us in total, but the house is split in 2 levels so you would be sharing with 3 - 4 people upstairs, while I live downstairs in my own self contained little pad. Other perks of the house is it has Netflix, air con, and a bunch of board games. with a nice big TV. Rent inc’s internet and Netflix but power and gas are split evenly when the bills come.
