I’m 28 years old and have been living in this place for just under a year. I work as a management consultant in the CBD, so weekdays are usually busy with work and other commitments.
I’m easy-going and friendly, and I enjoy interacting and having a chat, while also valuing personal space — striking a nice balance is important to me. I keep the house tidy and well-maintained, and I’m looking for flatmates who are similarly respectful of shared spaces.
Other than that, things are pretty chill — as long as there’s mutual understanding, respect, and good communication, it’s a great place to live 🙂
