PERFECT for UQ EXCHANGE STUDENTS! Hi future flatmate! We currently have 1 single room ready for rent at only $175/ week with ALL bills included and FULLY furnished. We also have a border collie dog. The location is amazing, 20 minute walk to UQ over the bridge, even quicker to ride a bike (5-7 minutes) which we can even lend you. There are two train stations within 5 minutes walk and it's only a few stops into the City. There is a Coles and Aldi (shopping centre) and restaurants also only 5 minutes walk away. Plenty of street parking is available however a permit is required (and really easy/cheap to get). Washing machine, irons, dishwasher and all the other necessities. Would love a student who has similar interests and keeps common areas relatively clean and tidy. You would be joining a really friendly bunch of students/ health professionals who live a pretty busy lifestyle (therefore the house is never crowded).
