We have a nice north facing view of the Woolloongabba/Annerley area and the neighborhood is very chilled and quite year-round. The apartment is air-conditioned but your room isn't, a simple fan would do the trick in summer :) There are bus stops all around us that go straight into the CBD, South Bank or Bulimba area. Put simply, it is a lovely and warm home that is very convenient to anything you need.
