The room is of medium size and currently unfurnished, whilst the kitchen will be well stocked with almost every appliance you never knew you needed as I love to cook :) The living area has a lovely big couch and a couple of recliners and bookshelves. I am happy for you to bring along any dining furniture that you may have otherwise I will head out and buy a few pieces to make it more comfortable and homey. The house is in a great location, on top a hill, has a HUGE balcony around the top floor, BBQ, and beautiful all around. There is also a laundry room, and a big garage that can fit 2 cars. There are 3 more spots for cars at the house. There is a back yard with a line for clothes, but there is also a drying machine. My room has a big study desk and a queen sized mattress. Hi, I have been living in this awesome granny flat for nearly a year. It is the entire downstairs of a huge gorgeous QLDer. The flat itself is UNFURNISHED, but has a large private bedroom, laundry with claw foot bath, private bathroom and LARGE lounge of your own overlooking pool area. Upstairs there are two flatmates both friendly and easy going. You will need to share the kitchen upstairs which is also gorgeous, or you can do what I did and set up your own kitchenette downstairs...there is heaps of room. Air conditioned, large yard for a dog - Jock (blue heeler) also lives here but he mainly sleeps all day. Use of washing machine. One block from Coles, Woolies, Fairfield train station and heaps of restaurants. I loved living here.
