Located in Annerley. A relatively modern Queenslander 10-15 min from the city. Amazing city views with a delightful golden hour on the front deck ☀️🌅. 2 Bedroom (and a spare bedroom that is our walk in robe with office space potential), Dishwasher, washing machine, Airconditioning, carport (room to park in driveway and on the street).
I've only moved up recently, so the house is still a WIP. Lots of potential under the house (my thoughts are a home gym or vibe area). I have a TV with a sound system and Max (HBO), Amazon Prime, as well as paramount and Disney (which I may cancel). Bonus points if you have a Kayo membership. I intend on filling the house with more plants to beautify the space. 🌿🪴
Cocos 24/7 (Aussie farmer produce) is 50m away for all your grocery needs at any time of day. Buranda shopping centre 150m away for anything Cocos doesn't have. I believe an Aldi is in a short driving distance. 500m from the highway and a 10-15min walk to dutton Park station.
Your room gets good afternoon sun. And can fit a queen bed (although I recommend a double).
Who I'm looking for:
Someone 25+ years old. Relatively clean (but I don't mind if the house is a little lived in from time to time). As I am quite busy myself, I'd like someone that respects a balance of individual space and mutually has their own active life. That being said, I'd ideally like to live with someone I can become good mates with and hangout with. Maybe a tv show/dinner/odd little adventure/sport/etc (but not essential). Would be really cool if it's someone I can train with. I'd probably prefer to live with guys, but all are welcome to apply
Your share of the rent would be $350 pw and bond is $1400.
Somewhat pet friendly, would be open to an outside cat.

About the flatmates
Cian (27 ). I've recently moved to Brisbane from Melbourne in mid-May (raised a QLD'r).
I work Full-time for MMA Fightstore. I'm very active and outgoing. I also train Mixed Martial Arts When in my full training schedule, I could be training up to 3x a day and most days a week, so I keep myself quite busy.
New AFL fan, so I'm down for a night at the Gabba to watch the Lions 🦁🔴🟡🔵 the Broncos or the Maroons too. Happy to play some social tennis (I'm not very good) Would love to have the odd wine & cheese night over a gritty movie or series
Full disclosure: I'm on/off carnivore so if it's a moral issue with the fridge being stocked with meat and dairy, probably not the best fit. Also politically I stand to the right. I have been left in the past and open to reasonable discussions, but I understand if that's a non-negotiable for some.
Definitely more on the healthy grind, but do enjoy the odd beers with the lads 🍻
