The apartment is newly renovated and on a pretty quiet road with PLENTY of off street parking as well as the double lockup garage space underneath. The apartment itself has been beautifully renovated with neutral colors (mainly black white and grey) which has made it very easy to decorate. The first thing you'll see as you come in the door is the huge glass doors opening up to the balcony that always gets the best afternoon light. The bedroom itself is large enough to fit a queen bed and furniture, along one side of the room is a huge wardrobe with drawers inside. The room gets a lot of light and really nice breezes though the windows, if that's not your style, the blowout blinds will be very helpful.

The room is large, and can easily fit in a queen bed, shelves, a desk with still room to spare. The rooms has large windows on both sides (catches the cool breeze), lots of natural light, leafy aspect, and also a ceiling fan. We can provide a bed frame 🛌, mattress, desk and chair, but can also leave the room unfurnished if your prefer. There' s air-con ❄ in the main living area for those super hot days, and a deck out the back, perfect for a BBQ or just to chill out.
