I want my house to be a home, so I'm looking for people preferably aged around 25-35 who are keen on chill vibes based on courtesy and respect. People who want to enjoy the house they're in and make friends. Liking dogs is a must!
Fantastic location in a quiet street. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, Woolies, gym, parks, bus stops, and more.
One bedroom is available:
The bedroom is 3x3m, comes unfurnished, and has a built-in robe, ceiling fan. You will have shared bathroom access with one other person (me, 29 female) but given I'm home only about half the week, most of the time it'll be all yours. This room rents for $235 pw.
The common areas are all furnished, and while there is a little storage space for personal items, there isn't much for furniture. The house also has a small, leafy yard with a patio, a half-finished mural of Art Garfunkel in the kitchen, and a little shih tzu named Gene.
Bills are split equally and other dogs are absolutely welcomed upon consideration and body corporate approval and most importantly Gene's approval.
The house will also be getting some aesthetic renovations in the kitchen/laundry at some point in 2026.

My name is Liana, I'm 29. I've recently moved back to Brisbane after some time away so I'm excited to get some new housemates in and make some new friends!
About me: I love sport, writing, reading, art, cooking, TV, a glass of wine or many. I'm very sociable so I do like hosting people and hanging out.
Workwise, I have created a little office space in the garage where I work from home 3+ days a week. I also split my time between Bris and GC so I'm actually only home about half the week on average.
About Gene:
Geenie is a rambunctious little shih tzu. He's a very good boy who LOVES other people and other dogs.
Likes: cheese, licking people, chewing your fingers, chasing bottles.
