About the property
Our home is a two story, well-kept home, conviently located in Annerley. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. The available bedroom is 3.6m x 3.2m with a built-in wardrobe, aircon and ceiling fan. You would be sharing the main bathroom (shower with seperate bath) with one roomate. The room would come unfurnished.
The house has a small yard and balcony at the rear which looks out to a wildlife corridoor. We have a kitchen and laundry with modern appliances, large living area and 3rd toilet on the ground floor.
Only a short 10 minute drive from the city, with plenty of on-street parking. The house is situated only a 2 minute walk from Fairfield train station and Fairfield Gardens shopping centre so it is perfect if you need to commute. There are also plenty of bus stops within walking distance.
