I am looking for someone reliable and having “good common sense”, such as paying rent/bills on time, keeping your room/bathroom clean, and being mindful about turning off lights and electric appliances when not in use*
You will be sharing the entire place only with me. I work as a tutor and a casual research assistant at UQ and international colleges.
I value a calm and respectful home environment, especially after a long day of work. I like to keep the place fresh and pleasant, so being mindful of cleanliness, cooking smells, and shared spaces is essential.
