Me and my girlfriend are the only tenants, so the second bathroom you have all to yourself. The bedroom has a built in closet, with drawers and hanging space. This place is a one block walk from Woolworths, very close to the gym, bus stops and both UQ and QUT. Fairfield train station is a 4 minute drive and the CBD is 10 minutes. Park, oval and coffee shops are all within walking distance. We like to keep the place clean so we would like someone who contributes by cleaning up after themselves.

I am studying at UQ full-time and have been at the property for over 4 years now. My other roommate is my girlfriend Gabby. The place is a townhouse so myself and the neighbours are quiet and like to keep the place clean. Please note that the neighbours do not appreciate loud noise.
