About the property
The room comes with a wardrobe and lots of beautiful windows. So there's a lot of natural light which is perfect to pop a few plants in. The room is a bit further away from the other two, so it creates a little bit more privacy. It also has a little barn door that opens up to the back deck from the room!
The house itself is a lovely old queenslander with a large backyard, very open and breezy with a lot of natural light. We have a tv with basically all streaming platforms available, and a record player (Lily collects records!). We also have a beautiful big balcony where plants thrive with a massive lush garden, so if you're a gardener or have a green thumb you'll love this property!
Bills are separate to rent, so we're conscious of our energy and water use to try keep those low and be economically aware. The laundry is under the house in classic queenslander fashion, and we recently got a new washing machine!
The house is a 5 minute walk from a bus stop that can get you to the CBD in 20 minutes, or Carindale shopping centre in 10.

About the flatmates
Hey girls! We're three roomies who met on flatmates, Lily (25) Ruby (25) and Scarlett (19) looking for two roommates to move in as Ruby and Scarlett are both leaving. The room is available around the start of February
Lily is currently finishing a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Drama) and is working on theatre shows/being an uber eats gal. She enjoys watching drag race, having a glass of wine, DIY projects, and going out on occasion. Lily owns two rescue cats, Beanie and Teddy, who are both very friendly and love a cuddle when they're comfortable with you.
This is a queer and smoke friendly household :) We'd love to have someone move in who is part of the LGBTIA+ community, or any allies who are loving and accepting of the community!
