Honestly, the house is perfect, inside, outside and location wise. We are right on old cleveland road and the bus stop is less than 1 minute walk either way of the house. IGA is walking distance, there are your choice of gyms, coffee shops and other amenities. We have also been blessed with really quiet neighbours. Upstairs is the loungeroom and kitchen as well as a beautiful deck where most socialising is done. We currently are advetising 2 rooms. The first is the upstairs master bedroom, you pretty much have the whole upstairs to yourself. A huge room with air conditioning, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom (single or couples welcome!) Downstairs is your reverse cycle airconditioned bedroom with built ins and big bright window. It easily fits a queen sized bed and other knick knacks. You'll share you're bathroom with me (there is also a bath, yay!) We also have a little back yard which is handy if you feel the need to garden or reconnect with nature.

Lots of space to relax/stretch/yoga/study etc. Walking distance to supermarkets and public transport. There are 2 car park spots on drive way. The room comes with a large wardrobe and a bedside table so all you need is your bed, but if you have your own we can put them elsewhere. Small room fits double bed nicely and it's 170/week. If you prefer a large room, which comfortably fits queen size bed, desk and wardrobe, it is 185/week. Both rooms have ceiling fan. the current lease goes up till mid August 2017 with possibility to extend. Bills split equally. There is a small supermarket at the end of the road. Its 1km to Norman Park station. A really good location for commuting to the city or getting away. Wide street, plenty of on-street parking. The House: House is modern, clean and fairly spacious. The house has a POOL - great for summer. The share accommodation is all on the one level. There is a large kitchen with plenty of room for food and 2 fridges. I have the house fully equipped with everything for you to use - ready to move in, just bring your suitcases. The lounge is big, 5m x 4m with 50' TV and cable TV channels. We have over 700 Dvds if you like movies. Upstairs there are 4 spacious bedrooms and an office. There is a back veranda for meals and BBQ area. Downstairs is a table tennis table, laundry, fully maintained Pool in the back garden (great for cooling off on hot days). Bathroom with shower and separate WC. Parking is on street. Smoking is outside only. We have a cat but no further pets are allowed. Prefer singles as other housemates are singles also (quiet professionals). The vibe of the house is quite relaxed during the week. Occasional drinks / going out on the weekend but not a party house by any means. Normal working hours preferred. Room rate reduced to 150 per week including bills as its the smaller of the 4 rooms. One weeks' rent in advance. Short-term OK stay at least a few months. Ideal person will be quiet, discreet, honest, friendly, 23-34yrs old, employed or travelling looking for work locally.
