ABOUT THE HOUSE: The house has 3 large bedrooms plus a study with plenty of space and multiple outdoor areas//backyards. We have air conditioning in the loungeroom and there are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and kitchen. The kitchen is massive - we have a huge ((and empty)) pantry. We also live about a 10 min walk from the White Hill reserve which has a big park and walking trails and a cafe. There's a bus stop on each end of the street, we're about 15min from the city and 5 min from Carindale Westfield.

Apart from the aforementioned abundance of plants and top quality housemates our house has a tonne of natural light, a little glimpse of the city, a train to central 5 mins drive away and the bus to the city stops in our street. It takes 15 mins to get to the city by car. There is a gorgeous cafe with the BEST coffee literally next door and plenty of yummy restaurants/cool shops at the end of the street. This lil two-story 90's gem is one of four townhouses in the complex, which makes for a v quiet neighbourhood. While it is a shared bathroom next to the bedrooms, there is another loo downstairs if you're shy. The house is completely furnished but you're more than welcome to add lil touches to make it feel like your home too. The whole downstairs is airconditioned. Although, this lovely abode does breeze easy so it's barely used. Out the back we have a very quaint courtyard with furniture that oozes European chic!
