So this is my property and it's about one and a half years old. The room up for grabs is quite large and has a built in wardrobe. You will have access to a private bathroom (in the process of getting some screens installed for privacy). Also included in the price will be the second room which can be set up as a study or second living space. All rooms have split system, reverse cycle AC. I have netflix and stan setup on my tv, as well as a variety of nintendos (I am the king of Mario Kart on 64). There is a good sized courtyard. I am currently working on an outdoor kitchen. This would be suitable for a small/medium dog. Property is within walking distance to buses along Old Cleveland Road (service every 5-7 minutes at peak times), incredible cafes/restaurants in the Martha Street precinct and a couple of parks.
