This place functions as basically 2 seperate houses as both levels have their own kitchen, lounge, bathroom, patio etc. We have 2 girls upstairs and 3 downstairs, and are looking for our last new tenant to fill a room downstairs :)
No pets (unless it’s a fish we can be persuaded… 🐟)
We’d love someone who:
- cleans up after themselves
- communicates issues early (no resentment build-up!)
- is friendly and up for a chat / occasional house dinners but also respects personal space
