About the property

We’re looking for friendly housemates to join our inclusive, mixed-gender share house in Camp Hill, Brisbane. The home is spacious, well located near shops and public transport, and offers easy access to the CBD.
Three air-conditioned bedrooms are available:
Master bedroom with private ensuite: $350/week
Two other bedrooms: $225/week each, sharing a bathroom
Utilities and Wi-Fi are shared and not included in rent.
The house has a social but respectful vibe—friendly, tidy, and relaxed. In our spare time, we love CrossFit, walks, cafés, road trips, brunches, basketball, rugby league, sports games, going out for a drink, hikes, and other adventures, while still valuing privacy and downtime.
We’re open to all genders and backgrounds and are looking to maintain a balanced, welcoming household.
Move-in date is 1 February 2026. A 12-month lease is required. Bond is four weeks’ rent, plus two weeks upfront. We have not yet moved into the property, but have signed the lease with bond and deposit paid.

About the flatmates
Our flat has a fun, social vibe while still being very respectful of everyone’s privacy and downtime. We enjoy the occasional drink or social catch-up, but overall the house is calm, tidy, and considerate—perfect for someone who wants to feel part of a welcoming flat family rather than just a place to stay.
Current occupants include one 23-year-old male working in corporate banking, and a couple (one female and one male, both 26) working in banking and commercial real estate. They also have a friendly two-year-old dog named Dash, who lives with them in their own separate studio space, meaning shared areas remain peaceful and well maintained.
