We have an opening in our very large sharehouse!

For rent is a large room with connecting enclosed sunroom (sunroom is connected to the bedroom and will be only accessed by you).

Our home is very spacious and is a classic Queenslander, so it’s covered in quirky windows and has lots of light and breeze!

The house has a big yard out the back, and space for parking in the front. You’ll share the kitchen and bathroom in the photos with one other person, as there’s a smaller kitchen and bathroom on the other side that the third roommate uses.

There’s a small balcony off of the kitchen, and a shared laundry space downstairs.

There’s a large entry way to the side of the house, and one at the front that the third roommate uses as that opens onto her side of the house.

Great spot, close to Stones Corner and may shops, it is also pretty much across the road from a major bus station, perfect for those using public transport!

There’s fridge and washing machine here already!

There’s aircon in the bedroom, and the room and sunroom will be unfurnished.

Bills (electricity and internet) are split equally, and water is included in the rent.

You’ll be living with Dom (28), and Darcy (24), and sharing the bathroom and kitchen in the pictures with Dom, as Darcy has a smaller kitchen and bathroom on her side she uses. Darcy has 2 cats that live on her side of the house.
