The House:
The house has 6 bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, 2 kitchens (So everyone has room to cook). Plenty of space for everyone chill and enjoy the home and living spaces.

Big back garden to enjoy sunny afternoons.

Parking:
Plenty of off street parking for the whole house!

Location:
Located on Martin Street, Woolloongabba, across the road from South City SQ, with Woolworths and lots of great cafes ;)

Bond and Bills:
ALL BILLS INC IN RENT! This includes power, gas, water and unlimited internet. Water and electricity will have a cap, to keep everyone energy conscious!

No strict house rules… just the obvious stuff like clean up after yourself, be respectful to others, and do your fair share of housework.

We aim to get a cleaner in around every month to give the house a good once over and as mentioned above we also get the lawns mowed which is all included in the rent.
