We run a very tight ship with the cleaning and would like to keep it that way. Anywho, about the house… It’s fresh as a dandy, quite big, nice big back yard, and has a new-ish kitchen with gas stove. It’s literally across the road from a fruit and vege market and woollies which is super handy. The Dutton park train station is about a 5 – 10 min walk away. Bus’s stops are for dayz with one being right outside the front door. The room is fully furnished, right down to bed linen, however if you have your own stuff and want to stay long term then I would be happy to move the furniture out of the bedroom. Obviously the rest of the house is ready to rock and roll to get busy living in. As for the peeps living here atm. To be honest we all do our own thing lately, but a couple of us are keen to start hanging out a bit more which is why we’re after a roomie who would also be down for hangs. In total there are 5 of us (you would be the 6th) but the house is split in 2 levels so you would be sharing with 4 people upstairs, while I live downstairs in my own self contained unit/den/sesh room/soulful abode. My cute little unit needs a tenant or two, I had to move away from Brisbane for work this year and I'm living in regional NSW so I have rented out my little unit furnished. My current tenants are leaving to head back home (overseas) so I am looking for someone (single, couple or perhaps two good friends) who will love and look after my place. The unit is 2 bedroom, but the second bedroom is smaller and contains the access door to the balcony (see floor plan) so it would be better suited for a couple or single person rather than sharing. However there are two friends living here at the moment and they have used both rooms as bedrooms. It's very quiet despite the central and inner city location, you can walk to everything but you don't hear the traffic. Being on the upper level (there are only 8 units in the block, it gets beautiful breezes in summer and stays cool, but there also airconditioning in the main bedroom. It is furnished with all the basics, but not including linen (sheets / towels etc), the second bedroom won't be furnished - when I live in it it my study but I have left it fairly empty so you choose whether it's a study, or bedroom.
