I'm a 35 years old male, friendly, working part-time as a registered nurse. I have a 5 year old son whom I get on alternating weekends and after school twice a week (he only sleeps over every second Saturday). I do exercise regularly, and I play games and trade the forex market on my computer in my down time. I am quiet, clean and tidy, non-smoker, non-drinker, non-partygoer, and have no pet. I'm up for a good chess game anytime if you can play. I have rented this house since 2018, first through Coronis and now with Housemark. Housemark has been good and has attended to maintenance requests promptly.
