Really nice place. The street is mostly families and the neighbours are quiet. I have 2 spare rooms for one person to rent, i.e. bedroom and office (Total $200). Both decent size, with your own shower, bath and toilet next to them. Garage parking too. Really good walking parks down the road and short walk to bus and trains. My room mate has moved out and so I just need someone to fill the spot! Currently no couch or washing machine, but i'm sorting that out now. If you have your own stuff, you can incorporate it into the house if you want. The lease is up in mid February but will renew if i can find a decent room mate.

The 330 bus also goes direct to the Royal Brisbane Women's Hospital. There is an alternate bus (335) on the other side of the park which heads to the Prince Charles Hospital in 14 minutes. For students at the Australian Catholic University, the Uni offers a shuttle bus which operates from the other side of the park (short walk). The bus leaves every 40 minutes, with the first service at 7:20am. The trip is 20 minutes from Chermside to ACU. The last return service will leave ACU at 9:10pm Monday to Thursday, and 6:30pm on Friday. So public transport is really handy.

The car is most definitely not mine, but I do have a motorbike and solid interest in cars. Jason is 29 and works full-time as a draftsman. A music lover and likes building stereo systems. He likes to meal prep and go to the gym throughout the week, cooking a weeks supply of food on Friday nights and then disappearing for the weekend. He starts work early and so usually heads to bed around 10 – 11 during the week. The room is the second bedroom of the house, its light and airy and big enough for a queen bed plus extra stuff.
