Hi everyone I am trying to see if anyone would like to rent my current place with me, and my partner. I am looking to fill at least one other bedroom and possibly a second. The rent for the entire property is $430 (However I wish to negotiate with the real estate on this price when renewing the lease later on). There are 3 bedrooms in this queenslander, the smallest of the rooms is quite small in comparison to the other two so this room will/should be a fraction cheaper then the huge ones. The smaller bedroom is available for $135-145 per week (depending on agreement of all parties), located at the back of the house, tucked away from the other two bedrooms, It has a double door wardrobe and a ceiling fan, there is also a nook that could be used for a study area or lounge space if you like (that would be included as your area).
