Rooms both have built-in wardrobes and either air-conditioner or ceiling fans or both. Bond is 1 weeks rent 1 person 100, 2 people is 150 pwk med rm 120 for the large 180 for a couple. Bills and expenses $20p/wk lawn mowing NBN internet power, gas and water We like privacy, and have very few visitors. MUST be clean and have good communication skills. No issues if there is communication. Will be a month trial if you because i don't like clutter or mess or repeating myself and eventually getting grumpy. i like clean uncluttered and dry kitchen.
