I work full time and appreciate a relaxed, quiet home where everyone feels comfortable doing their own thing.
As we have a 4-bedroom home, you will have lots of space, including a bedroom with your own bathroom, plus an additional room, and a small separate living area you can make your own. There is aircon in the shared spaces, and a portable aircon unit you can use in your bedroom. Your rooms are unfurnished, with built-in wardrobes. The rest of the house is furnished, though there is space for your own furniture in your separate living area, or at the front of the house.
Positioned in a nice, quiet residential street, 5min walk to Virginia train station, nearby to Banyo Woolworths complex and Sandgate road. Nundah and Westfield Chermside are a short drive away. The current lease is up for renewal in September. Bryanna is moving out end of February, but we have a room available from now if the right housemate needs to move in earlier.
