Hi, i currently have 2 furnished rooms available in a furnished three bedroom house in Banyo. One room is furnished with a queen bed, desk and chest of draws and the other has a double bed, desk and chest of drawers, both are available for immediate move in. Bond is two weeks rent. The house backs onto the golf course so there are no neighbors at the back. The house is in a quiet area and has just had the kitchen and bathroom refurbished. There is no undercover parking but off street is available. NBN is connected. The rent is $130 per week and any bills are additional to the rent. The train is 14 minutes walk or 2 minute drive. ACU is 5 minute drive and bus stop is 11 minute walk. The brand new Woolworths shopping centre has just opened up 2 or 3 minutes drive away and is right next to the train station along with popular cafes. The bowls club is a short walk away and does great meals. House mates are currently one 43yo working, straight male that generally spends more time out and about than at home. I enjoy a beer and a chat but am also comfortable keeping my own company. Sorry, but the lease doesn't allow for pets.
