The other occupants of the house are the owner and 1 tenant.

The vacating tenant (from your room available) has lived in the house for about 3.5 years now. It is a friendly house that you can enjoy your peace and quiet. Cleaning and general household duties are shared evenly. Bills are split evenly between 3 of us.
The lease will be standard Qld lease with bond (4 weeks rent) lodged with RTA.

About the flatmates
Pierce and Quentin are the housemates.
Pierce is the owner who is pretty active and busy running a landscaping and gardening business. Most of the time I am working, or with friends and family, gym and cook a few times per week. I am friendly and love to have a chat, but also very comfortable going about the day separately.
Quentin is the other housemate from France. He is very fit and working as a warehouse manager nearby. Most days gym and pretty relaxed.
