About the flatmates
Hi! I am Sonia, I am offering rental on behalf of my elder sister and brother in law who are the owners of the house.
We live in a beautiful Queenslander, 12 mins walking distance away from Bindha and Virginia train station and 7 minutes drive away from Northgate. Its an 8 bedroom apartment, with tenants from different countries, currently hosts people from Japan, Turkey, India, Vietnam.
The place is open for flat mates who are looking for a peaceful place to stay. The housemates are expected to clean after themselves, follow a weekly cleaning schedule, which isn't a much- just basics, and be mindful of other flat mates keeping noise to low during quite hours, using aircon mindfully and closing doors and windows after themselves.
Its more of a house, everyone helps each other, but if you are not much of a talker, you will still blend in well. The house has ample greenery, within, and surrounding the house, with a huge backyard and a front yard. The house has two floors and both floors have separate kitchen and plenty bathrooms.
Feel free to drop by and catch a vibe of the place, if it works for you. Mostly everyone is working or studying currently in the house, so its quite most of the time. Smoking within the property is not allowed.
Currently 3 rooms are available, with the earliest being available from end of Jan. The rooms are a mix of ensuite and shared bathrooms.
