About the property

The apartment is a comfortable, low-maintenance living in a quiet complex on the ground floor 5 minutes walk to the train!

You’ll have your own 3x3 bedroom (the one in the photos) with mirrored and spacious built ins (with shelves) and your own bathroom! There’s ceiling fans in all rooms and AC that fills the whole apartment very quickly. If you need any big shopping done it’s a 5 minute drive to Chermside or Taigum and for the daily essentials there’s grocers like Coles, Woolies and IGA that’s even closer.

You would only need to furnish your room with a bed, bedside and maybe a desk if you wanted but otherwise the place is fully furnished with nearly brand new appliances and whitegoods (including dryer), large comfy couch and a big TV.

About the flatmates

Regrettably looking for someone to take over my room, you’ll be living with the lovely Jazmin (female) who is a clean, easy going and respectful mid-late 20’s who loves to have a chat but also respects personal space and works a rotating shift-work roster. Loves catching up on anime or heading out with the 2 gorgeous Moodle dogs that you’d also be living alongside!

The dogs are Ozlo and Zara who are not yappy but love to see their housemates come home. They’re toilet trained outside and are otherwise happy to just chill on the couch with you. Because they’re moodles, they’re hypoallergenic and don’t shed hair at all so no need to worry about allergies or getting hair on your clothes.
