About the property
THE TOWNHOUSE: We are very quiet, friendly, clean and respectful flatmates. I am easy going and easy to chat to but also appreciate a flatmate's space. It is a peaceful, quiet home, but super convenient to shops, parks, movies, transport for city etc.
This townhouse has the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and living spaces downstairs, including a downstairs toilet and laundry. It is very a spacious townhouse with a private courtyard and space under cover outside to dry clothes. I do have cats and a small dog.
THE AREA: We are super close to the bus AND train - both take about 30mins to city and the bus/car is 7 mins to Westfield Chermside; an amazing and large shopping centre with movies, bowling, restaurants and cafes and lots of shops. You can also train to Southbank, a lovely place to spend the day.
We are close to many shopping centres and the Sandgate beachfront.
THE COMPLEX: There is off street parking, a POOL for hot days, a full sized tennis court and a walk within the complex. An easy move with most bills included.

Hi there, I'm a social, but quiet woman in my 50's.
I am always out and about but sometimes like to cook, play board games and garden.
I have a very cute pup, and cats that mostly keep to themselves.
I am a non-smoker and may have a drink once every now and again.
I go to the gym when possible, and enjoy my quiet time, but am also up for a chat or a game most of the time.
I often watch Netflix at night or go out for a few hours.
I know the local area very well and like to explore it.
I have a lovely courtyard packed with plants to sit and relax in.
I also have some Playstation singstar for budding singers :-)
This is a 3brm townhouse so I stay here, and currently a young Japanese man.
I'm looking for non-smoking flatmates, that can pay rent on time, are quiet and clean, and easy to get on with.
It is very important flatmates know how to do their housework chore once a week (about 40 mins) and clean up what they use. As we share the weekly housework, you need to be able to independently do this, it keeps the place clean and peaceful.
General costs are included, (internet, water, power, gas) but everyday shared things like toilet paper, are shared costs when needed.
If you like your own space or are up for a chat, it will suit this home.
You must have outside work, or study.
Sorry no large pets, but can discuss smaller ones.
