A private, furnished room with your own bathroom is available in a friendly, family home located within walking distance to Runcorn train station and the local swimming pool.

You’ll be sharing the house with myself and my two children in a peaceful, non-smoking and alcohol-free environment. We live a healthy lifestyle and are looking for someone with similar values. The home has a spacious open-plan kitchen with a walk-in pantry, and you’ll have your own fridge space and pantry shelf.

We kindly ask that no pork products be brought into the home. This room would ideally suit a female student or working professional who is clean, respectful, and enjoys a calm home atmosphere.

Bills are included in the rent, only electricity may need to be paid for extra if the central AC is being used regularly by you.
