I work full time and sometimes over the weekend. I'm looking for a decent place in a convenient location. I've lived in shared accomodation for a number of years and am Very familiar with the drill. I'm a tidy individual who respects others privacy. I moved to darwin early this year from Melbourne for work and like what the territory has to offer so I'm going to call it home for the next few years! During my day offs I normally like to have a chat with my housemates over an apple cider, chill with my friends or hit the gym. Not a hard core chef just tend to whip up something easy for work so I wouldn't be using the kitchen much.
Hi! We have 1 x room available for rent in a large, friendly share house in Larrakeyah, currently living with 2 x guys and 2 x girls. Room is semi-furnished with a bed, shelves/clothes rack and additional storage room, however it can be unfurnished if required. Situated very close to Darwin CBD - 2 min drive, 3 min walk and about 5 min walk to the Casino and Mindil Beach Markets. There's also a bus stop to Casuarina Shopping Centre/Palmerston just around the corner, so you can pretty much get anywhere you want to from here! There's plenty of on and off street parking and we live in a nice, quite, safe, residential area. Rent is all-inclusive and includes: Foxtel, Netflix, unlimited internet, air-con in all rooms, large outdoor swimming pool with a really cool outdoor entertainment area. Singles are preferred although we are open to couples, it may just depend on your working roster, etc. You MUST like dogs!! :) We have 1 friendly dog already living here and would be happy for another 1 - maximum. Other types of pets will be considered also. We are a fun, social household, very easy going and chill so we're ideally looking to have similar types of people moving in...we're not a massive 'party house' but we all enjoy a drink or two after work and on the weekends. Singles/couples, short/long term stayers welcome, however a single, longer-term person is most preferable. Room is available ASAP - please call or msg me for more info or to arrange a time to come and meet us and view the place, thanks!
Hi, I'm a German student doing my semester abroad in Darwin. I'm planning on staying in Darwin starting on 4 July until the end of November / beginning of December. This is actually the second time I'll be in Australia. I cannot wait to finally come back! According to the stereotypes, Germans are neat and always on time. Well, in my case this is true ;) Apart from that, I'm easy-going, active (I workout quite a lot), and always up for a night out or just relaxing at home. If you wish, we can just live along quietly and I won't be a burden but I'm also up for good conversations and anything else we might come up with. I'm looking forward to finding a nice flatmate / flatmates! Lillian BTW, I do have an Australian phone number, however, currently I'm still using my German number. Please, send me an email if you want to get in touch.
My Partner and I are easy going people, we love to laugh and go out and have fun. We are hard working people probably wont see us most of the week due to work. Andrew is an Apprentice Chef and I am a Cafe All-rounder. We both look forward to hearing from you.

Hi we're Deanna and Laura from England . Currently in Australia on our working holiday visa and searching for some sunshine! We want to stay in Darwin for 2/3 months whilst we save more money so we would be June too August. We're both lovely polite girls who tidy up after ourselves and really don't like messy/dirty places. After so many months travelling it would be so nice to call somewhere home for a little bit. We're sociable and love to go out at weekends and have fun but are considerate to our housemates. We're also really into hiking and exploring aswell so would be awesome to meet like minded people! We're more than happy to share a room if we have to but would prefer our own bathroom if a possibility. Also looking for team ups for the time we're here, would be awesome to have a little gang! Get in touch! xo
