You’ve got to see this view to believe it. Right down the end of Cullen Bay, this room has water views, as does the whole living room and balcony, perfect for watching the sunset. It’s a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom place with a huge balcony. It’s pretty modern and has a great kitchen with gas. There’s off street parking if you have a car. Its a good size room, built ins, fan and air con. It’s probably best you have your own furniture but there’s (a fairly wonky) double bed if you want to use it in the interim. You’d have the main bathroom to yourself, I’ve got an en suite in the main room. There’s a third spare bedroom for guests and another bathroom/laundry downstairs. We're just around the corner from the Nightcliff markets, with the foreshore a quick trip down the road.

Is a great location overall...It's the older area of Palmerston and has minimal insects that bite(which I love) Note that some newer area's are nice n' new and all of that but beware that at dusk the biting of midggies may occur(Just a thought you should definitely consider if ur not a local person(s). There is also no real road noise like the HWY or busses going past. Good neighbours all around too. Never been broken into or theft. I'm very trustworthy and have a highish profile as a musician and member of society.

This share house is a large, elevated, older-style Darwin house on the fringe of an industrial area, opposite a park. Basically, it's a room with kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. It suits working people but not shift workers and is not suitable for children. Please NO COUPLES. This is not a party house. It has a large shared kitchen, undercover parking for 3 cars and all bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The bedrooms available are furnished with queen beds but we are also flexible with furnishings.
