I have a 3 bedroom top (seventh) floor apartment in Darwin City that Ive just moved into. Photos are of the unfurnished apartment as I havent had a chance to unpack yet.

My plan is to get a flatmate for the second bedroom and then use the third bedroom as a communal office/chill space/guest room with a sofa bed.

You would usually have full and solo use (except when either of us has guests) of the main bathroom as I have an ensuite attached to mine.

There is heaps of room in the living area that would also be suitable for a desk set up as well for WFH.

Apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is a beautiful cross breeze meaning you don't need the aircon on for most of the year.

Huge balcony with both sunrise and sunset views, your own secured carspace and its walking distance to the CBD area, Botanic Gardens, Mindil Beach or the Waterfront.

Complex also has an undercover exterior lap pool on the ground floor.

Dogs are more than welcome however my building has a 10kg pet weight limit.
