Fully furnished room in Carlisle; perfect location for a Curtin University Student. Direct access to Curtin via bus stop (2 minutes walk from front door). Want to explore Perth on the weekends? The Carlisle train station is a 4 minute walk from the front door. The house is newly renovated; has modern furnishings and comes with all the amenities for modern living (including chrome cast connected to the TV). The bedroom receives plenty of natural light for optimum study conditions. For me finding the right fit for a flat mate is more important than getting someone in. Please provide a little bit of information about yourself and why you would like to stay in my home when inquiring. I live by the philosophy of 'keep shared spaces clean' when sharing spaces with other people.

Hi, I'm Justine ! I'm a french student who arrives in Perth on January 13th to do an internship during 4 mouths and a half. I'm a dynamic person, who want to discover Perth, and the surrounding areas :)
Hey names Dylan. Currently working close to full time whilst studying Behavioural Science at uni. I'm pretty chilled and really easy going, but still like to get out, have fun and be social. I'm neat and tidy and generally keep things pretty clean. A few things I like: music, beach, travelling, beers, red wine, sport, documentaries. Ideally trying to find someplace in those suburbs I listed but open to any of the immediate surrounding suburbs too.
Hi there! I'm looking to move from Perth to Mandurah around late January/early February. I work as an engineer Monday to Friday with early starts. I will usually be away on weekends. Looking for a furnished room and probably won't bring much additional furniture, if any. Looking to stay for approximately 1 year. Happy to spend time with housemates but also enjoy my own space. I would like to have my own bathroom or to share with one other person only. Currently into rock climbing and painting (not particularly good at either). I like having plants in the house and I like pets. Enjoy casual barbecues and drinks at home but I can do most of my socialising away from home if that's preferred. I don't drink much and only in social settings.
Hi! This is a 3-bedroom and fully-furnished apartment in well maintained, quiet complex in Third Avenue, Mount Lawley. The apartment is just 220 meters by foot from the closest bus stop where buses 67, 68, and 950 pass by to the city and from Mirabooka Bus Station and Morley Bus Station. The CBD is just approximately 10 minutes away by car too. The apartment is close to ECU Mount Lawley and bus 950 takes you to UWA and SCGH which comes in 10-minute intervals. It is also close to cafés, restaurants, bars, and shops along Beaufort Street.
Would be great to find a nice, clean and friendly place with my small (5kg) gorgeous well-behaved dog Tilly. I work full-time in an executive position, am considerate, respectful and a non-smoker. I am looking for something between West Perth and North Fremantle, furnished preferable. An outside area would be a bonus not essential.
Mandurah: All new grannyflat type setup Iv nearly finished at the side of my home. New R/C air conditioning, ceiling fan, new front load washing machine, 2 door fridge, security windows. Bills would be paid by me "within reason" Suit older working person, quiet honest & respectable as I am a pretty laid back type of guy. Feel free to text. Close to New Mandurah forum, bus stop, aquatic centre and not too far from foreshore.

I'm a really easy going housemate. Respect people privacy, space and the house I live in. Out going and fun but also like my down time. Currently a professional chef but looking at taking a break and working front of house whilst in Perth.
Good sized room available in my 2 bedroom apartment. The room can be furnished if you like. It has a small ensuite (no toilet) and a small outside area which is perfect if you are a smoker or to dry washing. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped and unlimited wi-fi is included. There is a desk which can be used if you study. free cat bus is just across the road and city west train station is 50 metres away.
Here is the is the details on my place….Very quiet location. 5 mins walk to Scarborough Beach, Coles, Chemists, Doctors, Physio, Various Dining Outlets/ Cafes, Pubs and Bars, Health Clubs, Australia Post. High frequency transport direct to Innaloo Shops and Glendalough Train Station along Scarborough Beach Road which is a 5 min walk to bus stops. Set of 14 units, all ground level, no common walls, parking next to front door with extra parking at the rear of the units, the unit is modest with a homely feel and the location can't be better. The locals are friendly, and it's a trouble free zone.
We blend easily and can make never-ending conversation or just keep mute and watch the news! Also, we come from a land far, far away, journeyed across the seven seas (actually, just the Indian ocean) with a bucketload of tales to tell. Wife's a baker & I'm a gamer (at night mostly though); during the day, I'm an engineer and we've got a cute and bubbly son who's 2yo- he's yet to choose his career. And as a plus, we do know how to keep a home tidy- and hopefully, you do too! Looking for a large room to stay, with all bills and internet included- while our accommodation is sorted.
I am 37 years old, quietly introverted but can hold a conversation with anyone.. I work as a truck driver (don't worry, my truck stays at work), permanent part time although I work full time hours split across AM & PM shifts, 6 days a week. I am currently single and I am looking for a place for myself and my two fur babies Turbo & Bamm, brother and sister cats who are now 9 years old, very loving cats and very well behaved. Ideally I would like 2 rooms, one for the bed and one as a study (I am always studying something) and my own bathroom/toilet. I tend to not venture out of my study very much as I am a computer nerd and spend most of my free time in there. So if you're after your next best mate to hang out all the time then I'm probably not your guy. However, if you want someone who is quiet, keeps to themselves, doesn't drink & barely has guests over than I am your guy! I would prefer a granny flat or say the second story of a house all to myself. A house with a large shed which I could use would be a dream come true.
six month lease starting on the 29th of January, $150/week+ bills. Room is massive and has large cupboard and air conditioning. Large share house with two bathrooms and large kitchen. Very close to Bull Creek station and bike riding distance from Murdoch University, Fiona Stanly Hospital and St John of God Hospital with shops close by.
I'm fairly reserved like my own space but don't mind participating in group things and spending time with my housemates. Clean and respectful currently looking for work and may be returning to study.
Modern 3x2 in Bayswater near the river and train station. Share with one person. For rent is the master bedroom with ensuite or smaller room with bigger bathroom. I'll put some photos of the place up as soon as I can.
__________________________________ Hello! Is it we you're looking for? __________________________________ We are Sarah and Hayley and we are looking to adopt a new housemate :) The house stuff: 3x1 'character home' with recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. Think dark floorboards, high ceilings, chandeliers and ceiling detailing. All bedrooms are double-size. Lease runs until 20 Feb 2018. No dishwasher at the moment but we can buy or hire one. Air con in the main living area/kitchen. Cute little front porch to sit with a coffee and watch the world go by. Close to Beaufort Street bars and cafes (5 min on the bus), and very close to some cute cafes/bars in Inglewood. Perth's Best Bus Route (unverified), the 950, is just metres away at the end of the street. Buses go to the city every 6 minutes or so, so you need never look at a bus timetable again! It takes about 25 minutes to get into the city, with morning traffic. 10-15 minute drive. Walking distance to the train line as well, apparently. $10-12 uber fare from the city. Perth's Best Night Market (definitely), the Inglewood Night Market, at the end of the street every Monday evening in the warmer months. Think adorable community vibe with both hustle AND bustle, buskers, dogs, fairy lights and SO much delicious food. The outside of the house does still have the older style, but the house as a whole is spacious and has a nice feel. (People are always saying so). Lemon tree! Orange tree! Fairy lights ALL OVER the lemon and orange trees! Outdoor fireplace! Miscellaneous assortment of storage sheds! Space for a vegetable garden! Or a chook pen! (Or we can make a pea gravel patio and turn it into a little Cantina...(?) we can discuss.) The garden is quite large and… let's call it rustic… and we will be looking to get a gardener in about once a month to keep everything tidy, so the new housemate will need to be willing to contribute to that. The room is $165 plus bills, which we will split equally. Rent will need to be paid 2 weeks in advance. Bond is 4 weeks rent which must also be paid in advance. The us stuff: Sarah is a 28 y.o. lawyer. Lover of books, brunch, baking, and interesting ideas. Hobbies include buying food, making food, eating food, talking about making or eating food. Thinks that going out for brunch is hands-down the best way to spend a weekend morning, so brunch buddies are very welcome. Loves to cook and bake when there is time and will hopefully have a dinner party once every couple of months and you would of course be more than welcome to join and maybe even bring some lovely frands to the table (like, literally). Too damn busy during the week, and generally out of the house 12-14 hours a day Monday-Friday but really likes to come home to some relaxed pals after a big day! Will talk Hayley's ear off and I'm sure her ears would like a little break. That said, also sometimes get a little 'introversion crash' and needs some alone time to sleep and recuperate, so respects others' need to do the same. Hayley is 25, in her final year of Psych at UWA. WILL: stay up late drinking wine and talking about interesting articles/books and cool sciencey things. WILL NOT: ask "how that makes you FEEL?". Brilliant. Studies from home most of the time so is home quite a lot. Besties with the baristas at the coffee shop down the road. Just an all 'round excellent human who will probably not approve of all these compliments. The you stuff: We are looking for a boy…man…?! to balance out the house dynamic. Age 25-35ish. Ideally you work full time but will consider students. Looking for a good egg who is positive, social, and interesting, and who gets out and does things (so long as those things are not like, heavy drugs or petty crime). In an ideal world, we will create a little family home and cook/eat dinner together (or at the very least drink coffee/wine/beer under the fairy lights in the garden and talk about interesting things we have read/critically analyse Sarah's awkward Tinder interactions) at least once a week. Very happy for you to have people over (and expect to be able to do the same) but hopefully not all the time! Of course we appreciate clean/tidy/respectful/grown-up housemates, but equally value flexibility, generosity, and balance. If this sounds like your kind of house, and we sound like your kind of humans, please let us know. Perhaps we can meet for a coffee or something and if we click we can take you to see the house :)
I'm about to start my PhD in marine biology at UWA, so am looking for a place to live that's not too far from there. I'm pretty easy going and quiet during the week but still appreciate a wine or two on the weekends, so not looking for any party/typical share houses! Have lived with housemates for 5 years now so I'm well aware of the common courtesies that come with share houses. I would prefer an all female household and living with 2 others would be perfect!
Welcome to this beautifully designed Apartment recently completed on Cowle Street, West Perth. The complex is set behind secure gates, overlooks the Perth Soccer Club training fields and is within close walking proximity from gorgeous cafes, shops, bakeries, the Robertson Park tennis club and close distance from the lush Hyde Park grounds. Not to mention having easy access to transport as well as restaurants within Northbridge and Perth CBD itself.Boasting exquisite finishings throughout including stone bench tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, cafe style alfresco doors opening up onto the balcony, air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and living areas plus stainless steel appliances and an intercom system.
