I have myself (22yo male)and my Mrs (21) and a third roommate (20yo female) along with a pup in the house . We are pretty laid back, easy to get along with and good for a laugh. We are walking distance to the shops and Brook Bar and Bistro. $150 a week in rent and bills are split 4 ways. We all have semi busy lives outside of the house. Of course raising a pup has its "burdens" in the house. No drugs, clean up after yourself and pay rent on time. If you can do that I want this to feel like a home to you. The room is completely empty/unfurnished. It also has a built in wardrobe with mirror. We've got Foxtel but no Wi-Fi 👎 and the backyard.. well there is no backyard, just a giant sandpit. And the pool table in the pictures has been replaced by a dining room table. The house is full conduct air-conditioned. And the garage is 80% unoccupied if you have a but of stuff to move! Hi Guys! We are looking for 1 new housemate! We have a single room at our place in Yokine, available from Monday 31st of October until the first week of December. No couples, no pets. Close to the city, two mins by walk to the bus stop, it takes 10/15 mins to get there. Very close to North Perth/ Angove Street and Dog Swamp Shopping Center (Woolies, Coles, shops, cafe...). Two storey, big kitchen and big living room, 3 bathrooms, plenty of storage space, laundry, wifi, Netflix, air conditioning, small backyard with bbq and garage. It's the only room downstairs, so the bathroom downstairs will be pretty much all yours. Great location. Very secure. Lovely character. Native gardene. Genuine, stable (mostly) adult company. Vibe would suit someone pretty chill and reasonably mature, but flexible to the occassional social intrusion. The house itself is a renovated character home with polished floorboards, split system air conditioning in living room, fans in all bedrooms and a modern well fit out kitchen. Tidy, enclosed rear yard with small tool shed. Reticulated gardens. Great outdoor deck perfect for BBQs. Single carport only but front strip parking acceptable. The room on offer is generously sized and easily fits a queen bed plus the usual junk along with it. No bedroom furnishings included however, and no built in wardrobe. Private bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. While $190pw p/person is ideal I would be happy to negotiate for the right fit depending on circumstances. Normal application and bond fees apply.

Room is unfurnished, but I have a chest of drawers, 1 bedside table if you would like it for your room. The rest of the house is furnished. Space dependent I'm willing to move things around a bit. You'll get super fit (lol- I'm still not) cause the house is up 2 flights of stairs (no lift access). I like a neat house, but am not a total nut about it. I spend most of my free time building in the garage, playing xbox or walking the dog as i dont drive at the moment but i do have a car.

We spend lots of time at the beach or out walking so he's well behaved at home. He is happy enough spending all his time outside and gets along with other dogs and cats.
