The apartment is quite large for a typical 2 bedroom apartment and it is quite peaceful considering its proximity to the city. The communal BBQ roof area is great for social occasions while the apartment living area extends through the property making it great for entertaining. The 2 balconies in the unit provide great airflow and the ducted air conditioning cools/ heats apartment in a flash. The unit is one of four residential units in the building while the remainder of the building is commercial space. This means that you don't have large number of residential neighbours to put up with. The apartment is close to city west train station and the free CAT buss. While I lived here I enjoyed walking around Kings Park and we would always walk down into the city and Elizabeth Quay for dinner. Being walking distance to Northbridge and Kings Square is great also, especially as new spots are opening up.
