Former Tasmanian, moved here from Melbourne 5 months ago for work and have been renting alone since. Hence why I would love a roommate or two in a modern environment to make my life here more social and exciting once my lease expires end April. I’m a very clean, respectful and overly organized person. Enjoy my personal space and alone time, however I'm very outgoing and energetic. Single. Non smoker. No pets. Always up for adventures and road trips. Spend around 80 percent of my time at the gym, the beach or flying for work on the occasional basis. Can also put together flat packs like a champion and if you like Pinot Noir we will get along great.
Hi, I'm from Kenya, I'm looking for a place to stay, preferably for a long duration. I will be studying at ECU for 4 years. I am very social and friendly, you will never get bored. However, I also do respect personal boundaries..I am tidy, organized and a team player.. Interested in a place to share with females ONLY- preferably students, professionals or workers. I do enjoy making new friends, watching movies, swimming, sight-seeing, barbecues, etc but I am not a party animal. Thus my room should not be in a perpetual party house. My aim is to do well in my studies and become a professional while establishing networks and friendships. Ideally , the residence should be located close to ECU , or within the Joondalup CAT routes.
Friendly gay couple looking for a room or house to share. I’m Liam 30yr a part-time student and casual bar attendant. And my partner Jesse 28yr is a FIFO worked on a 4/1 roster. We are very clean and tidy couple , hardworking easy to get along with.
Renting is a short term option for me for the time being. I am fit and healthy, no regular drugs, alcohol or smoking, have police clearances, I enjoy grocery shops, being outdoors, I love my daughter more than the anything else in this world, I have been living in Ravenswood, looking at surrounding suburbs
My name is Nicole; I'm a 35 year old single female with a career as a Senior Property Manager. I'm hardworking and am pretty dedicated to my job; but also a social person and love to hang with my mates on weekends and have a few beers, banter and laughs. Having said that; definitely like to have a bit of my own time to myself also. I love music, especially checking out live music (a few of my closest mates are in bands that play frequently around Perth), cooking, and admittedly; I am a fan of my AFL. Definitely like things to be clean and tidy but certainly would like to think I am really easygoing as a housemate. Love animals too. I am a smoker, but strictly outside only and very conscientious of making sure it doesn't affect others who may not smoke. Looking for a chilled but fun place to move to in Scarborough; I do have my own bedroom furniture but no other furniture as I've left it all in storage back in Melbourne (where I'm originally from). Looking to move asap 😊
Hi there! My partner and I are looking for a new place to live. After having lived in share houses, and having rented out rooms in a share house to others, we're looking for a place to ourselves. We both studied in The Netherlands doing our undergrad and master’s there and then we decided to go to Perth. Ronniy came to Perth to do a PhD in Astrophysics at Curtin University and is over a year in now. I came here recently to begin my career in (International) Public Health and I'm currently working for the School of Population Health (UWA) as a research assistant. We have rented out rooms to others, organised cleaning schedules and viewings and and we have selected several housemates, so we know what it’s like to have the responsibility for property. We both love to ride our bikes - also to do our groceries, are vegetarians (trying to be as vegan as we can), and we like to cook/bake. Here's some more information about Ronniy: In between research I try to go for a run, go dancing, do yoga or just do some reading at the river, and I enjoy cooking as a way to relax if I don't have time to actually do something for fun. Another hobby of mine is playing some ukulele, as I haven't found a decent guitar yet. I've been living on my own for quite a while, 3 years of sharing a flat and 3 years of having my own apartment, and of course the last year in which I ran a share house. So I know how to keep an apartment tidy ;) And some more information about Robin: I can often be found working on Swedish puzzles, knitting a stuffed animal or singing songs (with or without guitar/ukulele). I also like to spend time with friends and to keep in touch with family and friends back in The Netherlands. In addition to my UWA job, I aim to find a volunteering job at an NGO providing humanitarian aid. I have lived on my own for approximately 4 years in a share house and two apartments with another housemate and prefer to keep things clean and organised. Our lifestyle is being busy during the week and having the evenings and weekends to relax, clean the house, enjoy walks along the river and explore events in the city. Our budget of $300, but that is negotiable if a place is fully furnished (and equipped). Hope there’s a place for us out there!

Hi, I'm a visiting research fellow from Brazil and this is my first time in Australia. During the week, I spend most of my time at the Research Institute that I came to work with my PhD thesis. Looking for a place with nice people who like to keep the house clean and like to keep their independence during the week, but who like to go out socialiar and take a drink or two on the weekend, maybe.
Hey, I'm Matt. 32 yo, software developer moving to Perth. From Melbourne originally but have been living in Brisbane for the last year. I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom share house. I am house trained and easy to get along with. I am respectful of others space but it would be great to live with someone who doesn't mind the occasional chat. Like to go surfing most weekends and don't mind the occasional beer with friends. I wont be in Perth until the 8th of April. I would be happy to conduct a Skype interview before this though.
Hey, I'm Amber 👋🏻 I'm a 22yo full-time student looking for accommodation around the UWA area. I'm new to Perth from the eastern states so I'm looking for a house of people of similar age and interests who enjoys spending time with their housemates. A home away from home type vibe would be especially grand. About me: Well when I'm not at uni, I enjoy catching up on the odd event with friends, snuggling up with a good book and a nice cup of tea, I'm mad about the snow and love to get away every winter for a snow trip (huge bonus if you do too), I can cook, and also i'm really clean. I love outdoorsy stuff, and I'm quite social, but also a bit of a homebody. You will be: mostly past your partying stage, tidy, preferably either studying or working part/full time, similarish in age, relaxed, fun, active and have internet (okay so maybe you only need like two or three of these traits, but internet is like 100% a must ((so pick your other two)) and shoot me a message). Peace love and all that jazz. Amber
Hey all, I'm newly(ish) single and sorting out our joint finances means my ex and I are selling our home (now under offer), hence why I find myself here. I'm fairly down to earth, laid back and like to live a simple life. I live and work in Freo and very much want to keep it that way. I'm financially sorted, a social drinker, but not a partier, non-smoker, and Vegan. Happy to share a glass of red occasionally, but as a fairly introverted character I'm just as happy to have my own space and give you your own space also. Ideally, I'd love a granny flat or similar and it would be west of Hampton Road. Or at least, close to the beach if possible. Happy to consider further afield as well. Ashbee the Cocker Spaniel and I come as a package deal. She's chilled (possibly a little too much considering how much she sleeps!), heading towards 12 years old, toilet trained, very obedient and a non-barker and non-digger. She gives the best cuddles too! Happy to organize an introduction of course if that helps things along. I'd prefer unfurnished as I have my own furniture. Also, I have a car and a Vespa so off-street parking would be a bonus also. Hit me up if you want to know more.
Hi, I'm 32 and a nurse. I am easy-going and tidy. Enjoy cooking - but not everyday. Like to relax and have a good time and maybe share a drink or two with friends. I also have a very friendly whippet who has become accustomed to spending all day sleeping on my bed. She is very well behaved and lazy. Cheers, Jacqui
