I am reliable , down to earth, respectful and mature . I do not make noises, and keep my place clean and tidy . I am here looking for a temporary place to stay meanwhile that I am preparing for my exams to settle and start working as a GP in this beautiful country . I do not smoke , and do not like to live with a smoker . I do not have a pet but if you have a dog , I do not mind at all. All I need is a clean place in very short walking distance to grocery stores. My budget will be 150- 200 max weekly including utilities and wifi.
I am very open minded! And I sing and play guitar as a hobby :) I love cats, they're too adorable. I'm looking to share a place with just one person (preferably a female), who is enthusiastic and cheerful, likes to talk about just any stupid stuff we could think of, and knows when we need our own time/space :)
I'm Michael. I'm pretty laid back and relaxed. I respect people's space and privacy and keep spaces tidy and maintain a good level of cleanliness. I work full-time and don't mind a drink in the evenings. I like to socialise on my days off and do like my down time. Ideally looking for people of a similar age and am open to the idea of teamups.
Don't let my age put you off, I assure you that it's just a number! I'm currently staying at a lovely social backpackers where I've been assured I fit in just fine with the crowd. I'm always planning my next holiday - I've travelled a lot in Australia this last year or so and keen to travel overseas next year. I've recently moved to Perth from Sydney, although I'm orginally from the UK. I'm looking for an easy going, social share house - a friendly atmosphere at home is more important to me than having a flashy looking place. I'm looking for a share house atmosphere, not for lodgings / homestay. I'm an office worker in the CBD, so could live anywhere within about 45mins walk from the city. I've currently only got work guaranteed until the end of July, so looking for somewhere either for a couple of months or where I can start as a short term housemate and possibly end up staying longer.
Firstly I'm 19, born and raised in Australia, currently working a grill'd healthy burgers but hoping to attend university in the near future. I'm a very easy going roommate, I've previously lived in two other share houses. Both have been great experiences and I hope my next place will be just as good.
