I'm a Curtin international graduate developing an independent art practice, also currently employed casually at Curtin. I'm very particular about cleanliness, especially with toilets, showers, and kitchen areas. I'm also particular about food prep and cleanliness. I have no pets, don't smoke, don't throw parties, and prefer to keep to myself. As an artist specialising in painting, I'm looking for a well-lit and well-ventilated place close to Curtin or CBD. I am very conscientious about keeping my materials such as paints and solvents clean.
