I am looking for a long-term, fully above-board work-in-exchange-for-rent arrangement in Belmont, Redcliffe, Victoria Park or nearby areas, ideally near a bus stop and within walking distance to my church IN bELMONT.

Move-in date: 11th August
Looking for: 6–12 month arrangement while I get myself established in Perth.

I am currently in a similar legal work-for-rent arrangement in Belmont and can provide excellent references.

I currently work casually during the day, so I am looking for a kind, flexible, easygoing household and a more natural, independent arrangement rather than fixed daily hours or highly transactional setups.

I am specifically looking for an all-women household or family home and would especially love to live with fellow Christians.

Happy to help with lighter household support such as:

* House-sitting
* Laundry/general tidying
* Pet care
* Bins/mail/plants
* Light cooking/meal prep
* Companion support for an elderly woman
* Being present overnight for peace of mind/security

I am not looking for childcare, heavy housekeeping, manual labour, intensive caregiving, or similiar arrangements.

I am only interested in legal, respectful, clearly defined arrangements with proper written agreements, healthy boundaries, and mutual privacy/respect for both parties.

A little about me:
I am deeply Christian, tidy, respectful, quiet, and live quite simply. I mostly keep to myself, use minimal household space/utilities, and am very mindful not to take over people’s homes or become a burden.

I do not smoke, drink, party, or have overnight guests or day guests, family or friends without permission
