My budget is under $200 per week (bills & utilities included). Room must be furnished.

Looking for a flat-share, house share or living with a family. Would greatly prefer an all-women sharehouse.

I am very tidy and respectful - devout Christian woman. Looking for a place specifically in Belmont because I want to be within walking distance of my church. I have lived in a share-house before and have an excellent reference.

I am a nanny, enjoy meal-prepping (so ideally good freezer space)

I am happy to contribute to the cleaning and upkeep of the house.
