Hey, I’m James — 30 years old and working full time for a local city council. I’ve got a stable routine, so I’m usually up early around 5am and in bed by about 10pm on weeknights.

I’m into gaming and cars, and I try to keep active socially — I’m usually out on weekends and often stay over at my girlfriend’s place a few nights a week. I’m sociable and happy to chat or hang out, but I also respect personal space and tend to keep things pretty chill during the week.

I’ve lived both alone and in share houses before, so I’m very used to cleaning up after myself, contributing to shared responsibilities, and being considerate about noise and common spaces. I’m looking for a relaxed, respectful household with good vibes and open communication.

My budget is up to $400 per week, and I’m looking to move in ASAP through to the end of March. I’m flexible on furnishings, so either furnished or unfurnished works for me so long as there’s space for my mattress. Im looking to stay long term if the fit is right!

Im flexible on the suburbs, mostly just want to stay within a 20 minute drive of South Perth - anywhere between Bayswater to Como would be perfect.
