Hey! My name’s James, I work full time in South Perth and I’m looking for a room.

My preferred move in date is ASAP, I’m flexible on furnishings but would prefer to at least bring my own mattress, my budget is $450 weekly. Im looking to stay long term if the fit is right!

I’m organised and respectful, and I always keep shared spaces tidy. I’m friendly and social, but I also enjoy my own quiet time, so I’m easy to live with. Good communication is important to me and I’m the kind of housemate who makes things simple and relaxed.

After work and on the weekends I enjoy my down time by playing games or hitting the road on a road trip, I enjoy working on cars and woodwork so I’m pretty useful around the house.
