The house is an old terrace with quite a bit of character, it’s also really well located outside a tram stop on the 59 and 10 minutes walk from Ascot Vale and Flemington Bridge stations. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 down. The room available is on the ground floor and is a private room and also has private front access (it’s the original living room) it has a lockable door, and split system so you don’t freeze in winter, but the room is beautifully cool in the summer months 🙂 The house also has a bathroom, kitchen and laundry and sizeable backyard. You’ll be living with myself and another housemate and we’re looking to live with someone of a similar age that is responsible and can pay bills/rent on time and is happy to share cleaning responsibilities.
