Hey there! You'll be occupying a relatively large bedroom all by yourself. This room is furnished with a bed (along with a bedside drawer), wardrobe, a study desk and chair. You'll have access to a bathroom, very well-maintained and neat, used by two other people. The house is quite large and spacious and has two bedrooms (one of which is to be occupied by yourself) at the front and another at the back. There's also a front lounge and another one at the back (with a separate bathroom). Each lounge has its own television. So despite there being a maximum of six people in the house at any time, you essentially have your own lounge and bathroom. There's laundry space with a washing machine, attached within the back bathroom and a clothesline in the backyard. The kitchen has two refrigerators and is always kept neat and tidy. Other amenities include your typical internet and utilities, bills of which are included in the rent.

The room is furnished, so all you would need to bring are your personal belongings for the stay. The room is equipped with a TV (can use Netflix or Youtube through a Google Chrome device that is attached to the TV) and you are free to use the internet that is available throughout the whole property. The room is quite spacious and has a large wardrobe for you to store all your stuff in, and the large kitchen space allows you to cook without bumping into the other housemates. We have a washer at the back of the house and a large clothesline that we share to dry our stuff. While living in my space, you are free to use anything that I own, and use any of the things that are mine in the kitchen (pasta, rice, spices, etc.). It is only available for a short time, but it is perfect if you are looking for a private space to stay in temporarily, as it is affordable ($210 incl. bills), spacious, and a 10 minute walk to Canterbury station, a Woolies, and an Aldi.
