Less than a five minute walk from the B line bus stop, across the road from Coles and the Dee Why Hotel and only 10 minutes walk to the beach. We have air conditioning in the main living/dining/kitchen space and fans in each main bedroom. We keep the small downstairs bedroom free for anyone's visitors, we also have a small office that we use for storage and our own washer/dryer. There is a public car park out the back of the building that has free overnight parking, there are also several underground visitor car spaces if needed. Our building sadly doesn't allow dogs but other pets are considered.

We have an amazin rooms available in our huge luxury home in a magical location. It has a superb outlook, loads of sun and no adjoining walls to any other housemate or living area. It's quite unique. The house has 3 living areas, a huge beautiful Miele appliance kitchen and ducted heating/cooling, a gorgeous backyard with swimming pool and is locayed 100m to the beach. There's enough room for everyone so don't fret about the amount of housemates, it's actually quite nice having lovely people buzzing around the place going about their days. This is a chill house. There's laughter and a few drink but it's not a party house. Foxtel and Netflix on 2 different TVs. Our dog is loved by all and a welcome home committee every day 😆🐾 The rooms are all lovely and spacious and bright. Add $50 for a couple 😊😊 Everyone shares the chores!! 😁
