Location: fantastic. Half way between city and beaches, about 7 minutes walk from Edgecliff station (two short stops from the city), with various bus stops around as well. Nestled amongst the leafy streets of Woollahra, far from noise. And yet conveniently close, within about 15 mins walk of: Centennial Park, Oxford Street, Paddington, Rushcutters Bay, Double Bay (or 20 mins walk to Bondi Junction). I usually cycle to work: 15 mins to the city. On street parking is ample with no permit required. The nearest pub is the Lord Dudley which is superb (fireplace in winter, great Sunday roast) and just 5 minutes away. Apartment: Amazing. House like proportions and extensive period features on a grand scale – one of a kind. Think chandeliers, high ceilings, double/triple brick, ornate taps in the bathroom and generally charming; NOT code for dilapidated!
