About the property: This is a house is a Flemington gem and is a spacious two storey, three bedroom Victorian property that has been recently renovated to include all the mod cons. The house has ducted heating, a huge kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine/dryer, a back veranda , A BBQ, two bathrooms (including two toilets and showers) and finally all bedrooms are spread well around the house which makes for ample quiet space for all housemates. The bedroom up for rent is an unfurnished large room with ample space for a queen bed and other furniture in this room (currently also fits a desk). The room is the second largest of the bedroom’s and is located upstairs. It has a huge sliding door built in wardrobe for storing your stuff. This is important as being close to the showgrounds and Flemington racecourse, street parking is permit only. There are 2 neighbourhood shopping centres within walking distance and the tram will take you to Ascot Vale village shopping and Highpoint Shopping Centre. It's a large flat and while you'll have the smaller room, you'll have the bigger cupboard and window! I'm also on the ground floor, so you don't have to carry stuff up stairs! There's also a laundry in the bathroom which you can use. I've lived in this flat for going on 4 years now and I love living in this area. Flemington is very socially and culturally diverse, as well as architecturally.
