I love living here! The building has a gym, sauna, BBQ area, swipe access, round the clock security, and secured parking. There's an IGA below the building, and other grocery stores/restaurants not too far away. I've got an amazing view, unlimited internet, a bath, a fridge and a washing machine, so that's taken care of. Happy to chat about the furnishing required in the room but it comes with a built in robe and there's already a mattress in there. It's one minute from the tram stop and five minutes from the train station, which makes it incredibly convenient to get around Melbourne.
