Nice apartment 5 min walk to the shops, bars/restaurants and north end of the beach, it has plenty of on street free parking but also an off street space in the carpark that is supposed to be for visitors but my old house mate used it for over 2 years and had no problems, I never see any other cars parked there. Views of the golf course from the bedrooms with views of the city and Harbour bridge from the living area as well as on the balcony. The bedroom has a mirrored fitted wardrobe. All you will need is a bed. Internet and Netflix. Bus stop outside the apartment with buses going to the city and junction. I would prefer a non-smoker to share the apartment with. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The apartment is available immediately. available for $300pw until end of September when the lease is up. Long term is available after that but the price will have to be higher.
Hi everyone. This is a BIG open house located close to all the shops but just that block away from the hustle bustle so it feels very relaxed and beachy. There are only 4 appts in the block and everyone is really cool. It has a large balcony that gets sun all day and an even larger back courtyard that has washing line, BBQ, chairs etc. The house has wooden floorboards, a large lounge and separate sit down dining room off the kitchen. The bathroom is newer and has a bathtub with shower if that's your thing. My room is the smaller of the three but is at the quiet end of the house. It has a double bed in it, a large chest of drawers, clothes rack and bedside table. All this stuff maybe able to stay so lets just chat about it. I've been here over 2 years and really happy but I am moving closer to work. They pay rent in advance weekly. My bond was actually $900.

16/18 Hardy st is a very ideal location for transport and the beach with buses that run at the bottom of the road with cafes surrounding them with only a 15 minute walk to the beach it is perfect for a beach person. Inside we have a nice couch with a large TV, table and chairs with a small bar fridge and large fridge with lots of pantry space with a cook top and oven. I have all kitchen items shown in the photos. At the apartment there is a large balcony with a table and chairs with a view of most of the eastern suburbs and a view of the harbour bridge. In the bathroom there is a shower and bath with a dryer and washer. In the new room you can decide if you would like to keep the furniture in the room let me know.

The apartment is on Brighton Boulevard in North Bondi, Ben Buckler side. The street is very quiet, the view is absolutely stunning and the apartment has a balcony facing the beach. There is one bathroom to share. The apartment will be fully furnished (living room, balcony, kitchen) including the bedroom (double bed). I don't have a photo of the bedroom but it's about the same size and with a built in wardrobe, the view is not as good as the balcony view but you will still be able to check the waves from your window!
